About the Team The Solutions Engineering team partners with our go-to-market teams and internal teams in a pre-sales capacity leading our most sophisticated customers with the value of Miro’s platform. The global team is geographically located in our many Miro hubs, and collectively have a multitude of specialty skills that you’ll be able to add to, and learn from.
About the Role As a Solutions Engineer, you’re a critical link between the Go-To-Market and the Product/Engineering sides of Miro. You’ll be a key partner to the Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams in shaping how our customers use Miro and how our product evolves with the customers’ needs. In this role, you’ll be supporting our Enterprise and Strategic segment and get to work with our largest customers across a broad range of industries.
What you’ll do
Act as a technical product advisor to our strategic enterprise customers, to discover and unlock expansion opportunities Work in collaboration with Sales to lead discovery to identify technical requirements & pain points Architect and demonstrate our product solutions that showcase qualitative and quantitative business value Communicate customer needs and product feedback to Miro’s product management, engineering, marketing, and sales teams Serve as product expert with deep understanding of our integrations, APIs, application security, and line of business use cases What you’ll need 6+ years experience in a technical or customer facing role, 3+ years in pre-sales solutions engineering or solutions consulting Experience with identity providers (Active Directory, Azure, Okta) and enterprise security solutions (SAML/SSO, DLP, SIEM) Familiarity with REST APIs/Web SDK Strong background in value selling Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an interest in delivering compelling presentations Demonstrated proficiency in conveying technical and business knowledge to executives and technical stakeholders Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Desire to continuously improve and seek feedback Ability to learn fast and adapt to a constantly evolving product A passion to share your learnings with your peers Preferably experienced and certified in a demo methodology (Great Demo!, Demo2Win) Nice to have — knowledge or experience working with Miro or other SaaS enterprise collaboration, content management tools, or agile/scrum methodologies What's in it for you: Competitive equity package Health insurance for you and your family Corporate pension plan Lunch, snacks and drinks provided in the office Wellbeing benefit and WFH equipment allowance Annual learning and development allowance to grow your skills and career Opportunity to work for a globally diverse team
