  The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Solution Delivery Lead based out of Plano, TX or Hazelwood, MO.

  This position will support a complex set of capabilities across supply chain systems including Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The selected candidate will be the single point of communication across multiple stakeholders internal & external to the Supply Chain Organization.

  Position Responsibilities:

  Lead, collaborate with project teams through the prep and explore phases to establish scope with a clear understanding of the solutions to be developed and delivered

  Lead, actively participate in requirement gathering, end-to-end solution design, application/technical design documents in collaboration with stakeholders and System Integration (SI) partners

  Drive end to-end technical design, realization and deployment activities in collaboration with delivery teams across the enterprise and system integrators

  Collaborate with cross functional teams comprising of business Subject Matter Experts, Architects, Developers and SI partners on current processes and proposing solutions to develop solutions

  Coordinate, track and manage development of objects with internal as well as external development resources

  Provide periodic updates to the respective project delivery teams - clear metrics related to progress of development activities, risks, issues and opportunities

  Adopt, establish standards, best practices and processes as needed towards delivery of high quality functional and technical solutions

  Drive governance of the functional and technical design and development

  Represent solution delivery as a strong partner with cross functional teams across the ERP solution delivery, extended and enterprise teams including, but not limited to; development, testing, data management, infrastructure, security, operations and release management functions

  Ability to measure, track, and correct outcomes based on metrics including Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators, user-experience, and customer satisfaction

  This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

  This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post-Start is required.

  Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  Bachelor's degree or higher

  10+ years of Information Technology experience with SAP supporting large and complex business environments

  5+ years of experience, leading delivery of SAP solution development efforts including functional and technical solutions

  5+ years of experience in successful delivery through external partner teams in an outcomes-based delivery model

  3+ years in Integrated Business Processes supporting ERP applications

  3+ years of Experience using SAP HANA / ERP Platform

  Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  Experience supporting Product Lifecycle Management

  Experience supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems

  Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization including senior business and IT leadership

  Experience working in classified Aerospace and Defense programs.

  Typical Education/Experience:

  Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.)

  Relocation:

  Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

  Summary pay range: $125,800 - $181,700

  Export Control Requirements: U.S. Government Export Control Status: This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
