We are looking for Senior Technical Program Manager, to join NVIDIA's Solution Engineering team. In this role, you will work on defining and driving our long-term support (LTS) for our key Automotive customer programs. You'll find the work is exciting, fun, and meaningful. You will provide the leadership for the software support team, guide the direction of the program and coordinate with other internal teams, as well as tracking and managing customer relationships. NVIDIA gives automakers, Tier 1 suppliers, automotive research institutions, and start-ups the power and flexibility to develop and deploy breakthrough artificial intelligence systems for self-driving vehicles.
What you'll be doing:
As leader for our LTS program you will be interfacing to key OEMs/T1s on all SW aspects related to a program - supervise change requests, reported issues, releases, and handling of customer blocking issues.
Ensure that customer's continued experience with the support team adds new value to their relationship with NVIDIA.
Work multi-functionally with internal teams to drive software releases in support of customer requirements. This includes defining releases, driving features and bug fixes, testing, and documentation.
Accountable for a successful delivery while working as a team with a dedicated Program Architect, who will be helping with the technical aspects.
What we need to see:
BS/MS Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
6+ years recent Program/Project Management experience driving the planning and execution of software engineering projects, and releasing commercial products.
Experience handling at least few successful releases with the short release cadence in a multifaceted environment.
You have a consistent record of leading and successfully delivering scalable programs and projects, driving process improvements.
Shown ability to evaluate and drive adoption of new and improved process workflows in scalable organizations.
Strong project management background with good breadth and superior organization skills.
Excellent communication and technical presentation skills
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Previous experience with Automotive system integration and/or AV operations
Background with data driven operations and defining/managing operational metrics. Understanding what makes a good/bad metric and how to drive an organization using those metrics.
Experience in optimally leading global projects across time zones
Agile Certification/training a plus
PM Certification/training desired

The base salary range is 152,000 USD - 287,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
