Seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer .NET/Tech Lead to become a valuable member of our team, focusing on cutting-edge financial projects!
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to design and develop complex solutions that delight our customers. Your expertise in .NET will be highly valued as you optimize and refactor code for maximum efficiency. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in mentoring and coaching other software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation within the team.
The team is working on the financial part of our logistics systems based on microservices architecture.
Responsibilities:
Optimize, refactor, and reuse code for maximum efficiency.Contribute to architectural decisions to create scalable and maintainable software systems aligned with company objectives.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Analyze high-level customer requirements for complex problem-solvingWork with team members to break down high-level ideas into specific tasks and requirements, providing clear guidance for implementation.Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, identify issues, and share constructive feedback.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure software system reliability.Provide accurate estimates for software project needs, including timeframes and dependencies.Mentor and coach other software engineers
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of experience creating applications and features in.NETExperience with database objects in relational databases (MS SQL)Experience with HTTP and REST architectureExperience with CI/CD continuous integration / continuous deployment practicesExperience with microservices architectureAbility to communicate technical and business concepts across teamsAbility to break down high-level ideas into specific tasks and requirementsStrong technical skills for comprehensive code reviewsEffective collaborator, experienced in creating technical partnerships across teamsFluent English
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with data streaming architecture and frameworks (ex. Kafka, RabbitMQ, ESB)Experience with React, eventually TypeScriptExperience with Azure DevOps pipelinesExperience in system integration projects or global projects
