Are you a seasoned .NET Developer based in Malaysia with a sharp focus on development technology standardization and code quality? We are actively seeking a candidate with over 3 years of experience in C# software development, specializing in server-side technologies, to join our team. You will play a key part in evaluating and implementing new technologies, setting robust coding standards, and ensuring the overall excellence of our development processes. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Evaluate and integrate new technologies, conducting implementation studies and Proof of Concept
Establish technology standards, including coding practices, processes, patterns and tools
Lead the implementation of services with development service suppliers
Manage the life cycle of development technologies
Perform code quality control through sampling activities
Monitor and enforce adherence to development processes
Drive quality-related initiatives, including unit testing, pattern-level design and development
Effectively communicate activities, achievements, and challenges to stakeholders
Provide detailed documentation of implemented solutions
Embrace Continuous Development and Continuous Integration (DEVOPS) methodologies and processes
Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft technologies, Azure PaaS or AWS cloud, MS SQL, VSTS, and Visio
WHAT YOU HAVE
Proficient in C#, PowerShell, and a variety of server-side technologies (Asp.Net, MVC, .Net Core, etc.)
Experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, ReactJS
Familiarity with databases like SQL, MySQL, and development tools like Visual Studio and SQL Management Studio
Expertise in version control tools like TFS, GIT, VSTS, and build/deployment tools like Visual Studio Deployments, JIRA and Swagger
Hands-on experience with testing frameworks MSTest, xUnit, nUnit and SonarQube
Proven experience in test-driven development and message-driven architectures
Broad knowledge of UI design, mobile development and artificial intelligence
Familiarity with responsive web designing and modern front-end technologies such as NodeJS and Bootstrap
Exposure to collaborative tools such as Fiddler, Firebug and Browser Developer Tools
