  Dynatrace OneAgent collects all relevant metrics (including hardware, operating system, and application processes) along 100% of the customers' application-delivery chain. Millions of OneAgent deployments are responsible monitoring critical customer applications and platforms, across a diverse landscape of technologies. An important component to this monitoring is our instrumentation of serverless / FaaS including AWS Lambda, Azure Functions and Google Cloud Functions across a variety of supported languages.

  Your role in the team

  Your role is a combination of hands-on technical agent development and team leadership:

  Software development:  

  Work actively as a developer and contribute to the teams deliverables in each sprint.

  Cooperate and collaborate with team members within the team and cross functionally.

  Adapt your skillset to learn new technologies and push our offerings.

  *Leadership tasks: *

  Support your team on a day to day basis, working alongside the Product Owner who is responsible for the teams backlog.

  Be the interface to organizational leadership and actively advocate for Dynatrace culture

  Drive the growth and wellbeing of the individuals in your team with the support of Organizational Leadership

  Qualifications

  Technical Qualifications

  5+ years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer.

  Comfortable working with a variety of languages / technologies, experienced with at least two of the following - Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, Node, Go.

  A willingness to adapt, grow, research and learn more on the job.

  Experience with OpenTelemetry, FaaS / Serverless platforms (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Google Cloud Functions) would be an advantage.

  Leadership Qualifications

  Hands-on engineer who also supports the development team, taking care to support their needs and development, advocate for the company culture and interface with leadership.

  At least 1.5 years of experience as a Team Lead or in a similar position with direct responsibilities for the team members needs.

  Communicative personality with end-to-end thinking who is enthusiastic about software engineering.

  Passion for mentoring, coaching and transferring your own knowledge to others

  *Compensation and rewards *

  We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages .   

  Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a  *higher salary * in line with qualifications and experience.
