Responsibilities
This is a broad cross-team role with high visibility.
You will collaborate closely with multiple teams across Microsoft to deliver key customer solutions and the technology to support them.
Lead end to end design, implementation and delivery of the future architecture for highly scalable, durable, low latency windows service.
Build an effective and agile development organization using industry leading best practices.
Lead the definition of requirements, KPIs, priorities and planning of engineering deliverables.

Qualifications
Qualifications - Required:
8+ years of experience in implementation of object-oriented software in C++ Strong debugging skills.
Familiarity in areas of multi-threading and async programming.
Excellent teammate skills, effectiveness both in independent and collaborative work
Autodidactic abilities to ramp up quickly on new technologies.
Hands on background in Windows kernel development, OS internals and Networking.
Preferred Qualifications:
Sc./ M.Sc. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or equivalent training)
Proven Strong coding skills in any OOP language, domain specific languages and/or functional languages.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
