　　As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the design and development of our software solutionsSome of the responsibilities for this position include:

　　Designs, documents, tests, and modifies current and new software development applications; reviews requirements, documents and helps to develop solutions in order to meet these requirementsLeads the effort in developing specifications and designs for development projects as well as contributes to specific assignmentsPerforms activities requiring application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related engineering tasksContributes effectively as a member of the team; takes ownership of individual assignments and projectsDevelops, codes and unit tests design solutionsLeads and participates in writing and reviewing software functional specifications and design reviewsCreates detailed designs, performs analyses, creates prototypes, and documents completed designsMentors and directs the efforts of more entry-level EngineersProvides third tier support when requiredContributes to the development and achievement of Cencora / Micro Technologies organizational goals and objectivesParticipates in activities such as reviewing marketing requirementsFunctions as task, project, or team leader when assigned; represents the organization on project teams and may perform technical project leadership roles while fostering teamwork and collaboration within and across work groupsProvides input for Software Development budgeting and schedulingProvides input for Software Development software and hardware purchasesPerforms related duties as assigned

　　Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.Normally requires a minimum of four (4) or more years directly related and progressively responsible experience.Strong working experience with JavaScript and C#Thorough knowledge and understanding of business principles, processes and technologyKnowledge of physical database structures; ability to analyze, manage, tune databases for performance; knowledge of relational database concepts; disaster recovery; best practicesGood analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutionsGood interpersonal skillsAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writingStrong organizational skills; attention to detailAbility to use office equipment such as printers, copiers, and faxesAbility to travel up to 10%-15% (if needed)
