　　The Software Engineer will play a pivotal role in software development activities and long-term initiative planning and collaboration across the Strategy & Transformation (S&T) organization. Software Engineering is the corner stone of scalable digital transformation across PepsiCo's value chain. This candidate will support the end-to-end software development experience, and deliver high quality software as part of the DevOps process.

　　This candidate will work closely with the user experience, product, IT, and process engineering teams to develop new products and prioritize deliver solutions across S&T core priorities.

　　Responsibilities

　　Help decision makers by summarizing explored technical topicsUnderstanding and describing user requirementsUnderstanding how we are creating value for the organization and the people in it.Assisting as scrum master according to experience.Interact with key business partners to recommend solutions that best meet the strategic needs of the businessPartner with User Experience, Product Management, IT, Data & Analytics, Emerging Tech, Innovation, and Process Engineering teams to deliver the Digital Products portfolio

　　Qualifications

　　What you will need to suceed:

　　Key Skills/Experience Required

　　Technical background, bachelor or master, Computer Science or related fieldCommanding knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object oriented design Minimum 5 years of experience with software development.Working knowledge of programming languages such as React, Java, GraphQL , Javascript, SQL or other similar technologyExperience with a major cloud provider and PaaS / SaaS solutions Experience with Software / system architecture or modeling experienceExperience with Scrum and Azure devops (or similar technology) and interest in driving scrum meetings according to experience level
