What you'll do:
Walmart Philanthropic engineering team is building Next Generation products. A Senior Software Engineer (Front-End) is needed to join the team and harmonize with the existing enthusiastic and talented associates to deliver a great product. We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer who will be playing a crucial role in design and implementation high performing systems and 3rd party integrations which are production ready to serve community and our associates.
What you'll bring:
As a Senior Engineer, you will set the tone of engineering-excellence and drive processes and standards within the team. You will design of complex software changes and take on the development of exciting new features. In addition, you will partner with your senior and junior teammates throughout the software development lifecycle to cultivate a reciprocal learning environment from development to debugging and operational excellence.
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans.
Leads the discovery phase of medium to large projects to come up with high level design.
Models' compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Provides support to the business by responding to user's questions, concerns, and issues (for example, technical feasibility, implementation strategies). Facilitating resolutions and leading cross-functional partnership.
Troubleshoots business and production issues.
Work with application engineers to build robust, scalable and quality solutions.
