In this role, you will…
Work in a small, agile team, delivering SaaS (software as a service) software on AWS (Amazon Web Services)
Develop, maintain and enhance .NET applications and services to contribute to our legacy and cloud platform
Build scalable features with C# and React that adheres to our standards of performance, quality, and responsiveness
Collaborate with the product management team to plan, design, and scope new features, and identify opportunities for enhancements
Own your code all the way to production, including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting
Leading projects as necessary, working independently with minimal supervision, and providing leadership and mentorship to associate software engineers
Perform unit, integration, and automated functional tests
Participate in key architectural decisions and design considerations
Partner with other engineers and quality assurance staff to ensure our requirements for quality, security, scalability, and usability are met.
You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have…
Bachelor’s or master's degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of hands-on experience in building web applications using C#, .NET
Experience developing Microservices, RESTful services, or other SOA development experience
Proficient experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server/MySQL
Experience of architecting and designing web applications and services
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills, a keen sense of ownership, and a detail-oriented mindset
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple streams of work in a fast-paced environment.
Extra dose of awesome if you have...
Up-to-date experience with React
Hands-on experience with AWS and Docker
Experience with continuous delivery.
