　　Who You Are

　　This is a senior manager level role within IMG Media's New York team - Endeavor's Sports Media Rights group. The position will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of a certain sports property as well as providing consulting support to the wider portfolio. This person will be involved in sponsorship, brand relationships, e-commerce, media rights, and fan engagement.

　　Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

　　Oversee a group of industry leading content creators and social strategistsPitch in and publish to Endeavor owned and client social platforms when needed, properties primarily focused on non-traditional and emerging sports contentReview and maintain content calendars and provide continued analysis and insights on performanceWork collaboratively with a cross-functional team across IMG and Endeavor to align strategy and goals, bring a #teamworkmakesthedreamwork attitudeLead strategy with social and content teams, including providing input on tone-of-voice and brand guidelinesBring the perspective of the fans and athletes to the table by digging into and understanding why content resonates and fans are always firstMaintain an inquisitive attitude on the media industryOther duties that are within the scope of the role may be required

　　Minimum 5 years of professionally managing and posting on multiple social media accountsQuick decision making in favor of IMG and its clientsDigitally native: you understand Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook because you are very onlineYou have a POV on new and emerging platformsDetail-oriented and ability to copywrite and editProactive attitude and ability to adapt to an evolving environmentDesign and editing skills within Adobe Creative Suite preferredExperience of working within a sports team or league in the US.

　　Working Conditions

　　This is a permanent position.This role will be based in our 11 Madison NY office 4 days a week, with some flexibility on remote working as appropriateWorking hours are 9:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetingsUnsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business scheduleAdapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

　　$71,250 annually

　　Hiring Range Maximum:

　　$95,000 annually
