Job Description
Directs and manages a team of logic designers, micro architects, and/or power and performance design engineers responsible for IP and SoC frontend design.
Oversees logic design and RTL coding for IP/SoC, architecture and microarchitecture design, and simulation. Supports definition and implementation of architecture, logic design and verification of components, and testing and debugging activities.
Provides guidance to logic design methodologies, processes, and procedures and continuously improves quality standards as well as power, performance, security, and area targets.
Understands security milestones expectations are met as defined by the security development lifecycle.
Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results.
Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.
Qualifications
You should have a Bachelor/Master degree in relevant field (Electrical and Electronics or Computer System) with at least 7-10 years of experience both in managing and leading a technical team.
We are looking for an individual who consistently look for ways to do things more efficiently while upholding quality.
Passionate in solving problems, ability to synthesize data and translate into data driven proposals and decisions.
Skilled in RTL Integration, various validation techniques and industry standard methodologies - UVM, Formal etc.
Ability to lead by example is much sought after.
Collaborative, able to communicate well with counterparts and key stakeholders including cross site partners.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
