The Senior Engineer IT - ServiceNow is part of our IT Service Management team and is the ServiceNow subject matter expert for the business team. This individual collaborates with Product leads, Architects and Developers to enhance configurations, customizations and provide continued support for our ServiceNow platform.

　　In this role you will...

　　Be responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow integrations Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development on of ServiceNow Develop the technical solutions, implement them and perform the component integration tests Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes, and build this into the design Create and manage scripts, workflows and architecture documents etc. Implement ServiceNow integrations using integration hub and custom integrations Work on ServiceNow enhancements Create new Virtual agent workflows and support them Build Custom apps / Customize ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly.

　　You Have What It Takes If You Have...

　　Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with 5+ years of experience on ServiceNow Platform Strong communication, Strong presentation and writing skills Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members. Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules -Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management , HRSD, CSM , Mobile apps , Service portal, Virtual agent and custom applications. Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery and Orchestration Experience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell,Windows Shell) Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side Javascript and the ServiceNow APIs, Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment Consideration for privacy and security obligations
