Job description:
To support our aspiration of becoming a leading sustainability consulting and capability provider, we are looking for a Sustainability data Leader for our North American market to closely work with global leadership and extended practice leadership team to drive the sustainability data agenda by expanding existing capabilities, solutions and thought leadership while accelerating go to market efforts.
Skills & Responsibilities:
• A visionary leader with 10+ years of industry experience
• Recognized inspiring leader with 2+ years of experience working on sustainability / ESG initiatives
• Good to have affiliation and/or experience with sustainability body (platform/regulators / open-source)
• Well-versed in leading sustainability trends and capabilities
• Deep understanding of the applicability of ESG & sustainability factors to the forward-looking market trends and dynamics
• Experience & understanding of sustainability regulations and disclosures (mandatory & voluntary)
• Experience & understanding of carbon accounting / GHG protocol and any ISO standard for LCA and other related sustainability certification initiatives
• Good understanding and practitioner of key sustainability platform and solutions
• Identifying and leading the development of the AI Analytics and Data solutions to be built which serve the different industries in Net-Zero, Sustainability, Environmental Profit & Loss, and Climate-Change solutions
• Working with the I&D Global team to develop the portfolio roadmap for I&D Sustainability assets
• Engaging with Group Account Executives to equip them with the best available content on I&D for Sustainability, plan the overall client relationship strategy,
• Managing Executive relations with Cx level clients directly and steer the Account growth to identify proactively and qualify opportunities for I&D Sustainability
• Driving business growth in the Sustainability segment: establish and achieve sales goals, metrics, and milestones on the end-to-end Sustainability business
• Responding to RFPs, leading customer engagements to develop innovative products and services (like ESG-linked responsible tools/services, ESG risk management tools/models/dashboards, sustainability regulatory reporting & disclosure frameworks and innovative green products)
• Drive ESG-linked go-to-market across North American clients
• Lead thought leadership to bring differentiation
• Partner with broader Capgemini teams and other Practices to expand the development of ESG capabilities & ready to deploy solutions
• Manage the delivery of client engagements and grow sustainability practices across accounts and industries
