　　Job Description:

　　The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is the interface role between Client, Account Executive and Operations, ensuring effective delivery of infrastructure services and projects to the Client.

　　The SDM is accountable for handling contract obligations including service levels, financial obligations (revenue, billing, cash recovery, margin), client satisfaction and organic sales and growth opportunities.

　　This role is responsible and accountable for the timely completion of all internal reporting at all levels, and for external reporting in line with the contract.

　　The SDM acts as a single point of contact for the client with regards to service delivery issues, challenges and customer concerns. The SDM works closely with the operations/run lead, whether they be on shore or in a Global Delivery Center and with project managers for transformational projects.

　　As the Service Delivery Manager, you will drive delivery excellence within our Cloud Infrastructure Services business. You will work in collaboration with the operations and project teams to coordinate and optimize service improvements and bring innovation to your account. Your strategic vision and leadership will be vital in aligning delivery goals with broader business goals.

　　What You Bring:

　　10-15 infrastructure managed services delivery management with a consistent record in cost performance, delivery, and client management

　　Solid grasp of financial and contract management and customer management, including conflict resolution

　　Experience in solutioning review and customer oral presentation to assist the Sales and Solutions teams in global and multi cultural environments

　　Knowledge of the latest technology trends, tools, and solutions

　　Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure Services portfolio, sector offers and market challenges

　　ITIL v4 certification preferred
