About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Security Response & Emergency Representative...
In this role, you will:
Monitor, process, and troubleshoot complex level life safety, robbery, burglary, and other alarm issues in accordance with organizations security procedures in Security Response Center
Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Corporate Security area impact
Perform complex security, operational, and customer support tasks
Identify, troubleshoot, and analyze false alarm issues to reduce fines
Lead projects and serve as escalation point to assist analysts
Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff
Interact with immediate team on basic information, plus internal and external customers, Security Response Center Analysts, and vendors
Required Qualifications, US:
4+ years of Corporate Security experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationRequired Qualifications, International:
Experience in Corporate Security, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
Working knowledge of DMP alarm panels, Entre, Mastermind, Remote link programs.
Experience in dealing with team member and technical escalation of DMP
Monitor, process, and troubleshoot complex alarm issues in accordance with organizations security procedures
