About Senior Security Analyst - Security Enablement

  Join our dynamic, global Security team at a leading SaaS company that powers billions of conversations worldwide. We're seeking a Senior Information Security Specialist to serve as a crucial link between our customers and our internal Security, Sales, Legal, and Product teams.

  This role requires a technical expert who can keep pace with the fast-evolving realms of security and SaaS, while demonstrating exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude. As a representative of our team and company, you'll need to convey complex ideas across various mediums to diverse audiences. This hybrid role offers a mix of remote and in-office work, subject to local legal requirements.

  What you will be doing

  Conduct customer risk assessments and complete security questionnaires.Understand our knowledge base, Security Policies, SOC2, ISO 27001 controls, and public-facing documentation.Deliver on project-based tasks and industry third-party risk assessments (CAIQ, SIG, VSA).Update the knowledge base and runbooks to align with process or product updates.Represent platform security during customer meetings and sales engagements.Review and revise security exhibits, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), and Main Services Agreements (MSAs).

  What you bring to the role

  Minimum of 5 years in a security or similar technical role, with broad knowledge across multiple information security domains.Proven ability to align business initiatives with security technical strategies.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers.Experience with SaaS multi-tenant and cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure, GCP).Relevant security certifications (Security+, CISSP, CISA, CCNA, CCSK, GSE) preferred.Familiarity with at least two of the following frameworks: PCI-DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, GDPR.A willingness to work on a late EMEA work shift (3pm - 12MN - PH time) for the first 6-8 months.

  In this role, youll work primarily remotely with the support of a dynamic and caring team. Well provide you with the digital tools and experiences to be together-even when were apart. Being digital first doesnt mean were digital only. Youll also have the flexibility to join us at a Zendesk workspace, in one of our Zendesk offices or our flex office spaces. We will bring our people together on occasion to connect, collaborate, learn, or celebrate in person.
