Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Senior Developer to join our Onboarding and implementation team. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of both declarative and programmatic customization. As a Senior Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. Responsibilities: 1. Salesforce Development:

　　Design and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform, utilizing both declarative (Flows, Process Builders, etc) and programmatic (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, etc) approaches.

　　Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

　　Develop and maintain custom applications, objects, flows, and triggers.

　　Customization and Configuration: Configure Salesforce to meet business needs through the use of profiles, roles, layouts, and custom settings.

　　Customize UI elements using Lightning Components and other front-end technologies.

　　Project activities will include supporting Customers in SMS App installation, configuration and issue resolutions.

　　Deployment from Sandbox to Production (Using change sets or any CI/CD tools or any in-house method).

　　Testing and Deployment: Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and security.

　　Manage the end-to-end deployment process, including change sets and continuous integration tools.

　　Best Practices and Documentation: Adhere to Salesforce best practices in development and design.

　　Conducting training & documentation for SMS-Magic’s Customers on automation/customisation completed.

　　Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including administrators, analysts, and other developers.

　　The Solution Design and approach, Project effort estimation and Timelines would be provided by Salesforce developer resources to SMS Magic’s POC and on mutual agreement, it would be further conveyed to the Customer.

　　Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

　　2-3 years of professional experience in Salesforce development.

　　Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification is a plus.

　　Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development technologies.

　　Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.

　　Solid understanding of Salesforce security models and best practices.

　　Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
