We're looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to work with our Salesforce FIIG team with the implementation and delivery of projects, programs, and services.
The Opportunity:
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will report to the FIIG Salesforce Application Developer Team Leader where you will lead implementation, enhancements and maintenance of the systems that support the FIIG Salesforce Environment. You will provide technical guidance, mentorship, and provide high-quality solutions to meet our requirements. This includes all associated enhancements, integrations, and technical architecture to support our strategy.
The Day-to-Day:
Lead the end-to-end development and customization of the Salesforce platform, including design, development, testing, and deploymentDesign and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologiesCustomize and configure Salesforce, including creating workflows, process automation, reports, and dashboardsEnsure data integrity and security by developing and maintaining data models, data migration strategies, and data validation rulesCollaborate with other developers and teams to integrate Salesforce with external systems and applicationsStay up-to-date with Salesforce platform releases, new features, and industry trends, proposing and implementing improvements to enhance our Salesforce ecosystem
Your Qualifications:
7+ years of experience developing software for enterprise environment7+ years of experience working with object-oriented programming languages (OOP) and relational databases and applying it in various applications, including within the Salesforce platform7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, including architecting and delivering custom code on multiple large-scale implementations7+ years of experience contributing to the roadmap, setting direction and promotion of solutions across environments in the Salesforce platform2+ years of experience as a software developer in a regulated industry; financial services experienceExperience with Salesforce architecture and design patternsProficient in software development methodologies, including Agile and ScrumExperience with Enterprise applications developmentBachelor's degree in MIS, computer science, or other science field, or equivalent experience
