RESPONSIBILITIES
Review Development Backlog
Regularly review the development backlog and prioritize fixes and enhancements
Collaborate with the development team to implement necessary changes
Optimize Business Reporting and Dashboards
Analyze business reporting needs and optimize Salesforce reporting and dashboard capabilities
Create and customize reports and dashboards to meet user requirements and enhance decision-making
Prepare Sandbox for Enhancements
Manage and prepare Salesforce sandboxes for development and testing of enhancements
Ensure smooth integration of new features and improvements into the production environment
Synchronize Salesforce Environment Leverage Advertising Studio to create targeted and effective marketing campaigns based on data analytics and customer insights
Monitor and maintain synchronization across different Salesforce environments
Implement best practices for data consistency and integrity
Perform Regression for Salesforce Quarterly Releases
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce quarterly releases and perform regression testing to ensure system stability
Address any issues arising from new releases and implement necessary adjustments
Support UAT Process
Collaborate with end-users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to address issues and ensure successful adoption of Salesforce enhancements
Provide user training and documentation as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant with a focus on primary clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud)
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment
Hands-on experience in Salesforce project implementation in a senior role
Salesforce Administrator or App Builder certification
Upper-intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B2+)
