As a Sr Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for building partnerships across the company and communicating optimally to maintain alignment and ensure delivery of optimum product solutions. This opportunity requires a solid background in implementation and support of Digital Product solutions in a Scaled Agile environment. This role works in an influential team environment and will contribute in other areas as needed to support business demands.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define and document Product requirements using industry-standard analysis and documentation techniques.Serve as the lynchpin between our Product Managers/Product Owners and Engineering teams to drive product feature enhancements.Leverage your strong SQL and SOQL skills to analyze and model data flow within business and systems processes.Facilitation of requirements gathering and analysis with business collaborators and product owners for product value streams. This includes typical requirements gathering techniques such as interviews, shadowing, workshops, and surveys.Collaborate with Quality Assurance, developers/ engineers and architects to align solutions, identify dependencies, and ensure functional results
Qualifications:
At least 2-4 years of experience in business systems analysis or a similar technical role, working in the force.com platformHands on experience working with the Salesforce ecosystem including knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Classic and Lightning UIAbility to actively listen, visualize and brainstorm with collaborators to create optimal solutions to complex business problemsResults driven mentality with a passion for technology and providing superior service.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience facilitating discussions, providing stakeholder updates, writing business requirements, user stories and use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.Demonstrated experience on Scaled Agile, Scrum, and Kanban Agile teams.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, juggling several simultaneous tasks.An agile enthusiast.
