Position Summary:
The Salesforce Administrator is an expert in managing and optimising Salesforce systems and products. They are responsible for leading the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, as well as ensuring the security and integrity of the system. They also provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Salesforce administrators and developers, and collaborate with business stakeholders and users to gather, analyse, and document requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
We currently have 2 available positions for this role - Senior and Mid-level Salesforce Administrators to be based in our office in Manila, PH.
Essential Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and reports.Manage and maintain the security and integrity of the Salesforce system, including user profiles, roles, permissions, sharing rules, and groups.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Salesforce administrators and developers.Collaborate with business stakeholders and users to gather, analyse, and document requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and provide end-user support for Salesforce applications.Monitor and optimise the performance and functionality of Salesforce systems and products.Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends and implement them as needed.Create and maintain documentation and training materials for Salesforce users and administrators.Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Salesforce Administration role, with a proven track record of delivering successful enhancements.Good business acumen and the ability to understand the impact of product features on business objectives, ROI, and value.Good communication, organisational, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.Understands the basics of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities.Worked in at least one Salesforce org with over 200+ users.Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to changing environments.Data-driven, making decisions based on insights and analytics.Good design sense and a basic understanding of customer and vendor needs.Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal guidance.Familiar with SFDC Development Cycle, Salesforce Flows, Declarative Apex Code, or SOQL, SAQL, LWCExperience with 3rd party integrations desired.
