Position Overview
You will be based in our Enterprise Delivery Center, located in Bangalore, India. Our Service Delivery Center is focused on customer satisfaction and is comprised of experienced and well-motivated Support Analysts. You will be a part of a high-volume service delivery centre with expectations around excellence and efficient resolution for SFDC application support incidents. You will be focused on incident management and resolution for application business support service for our global customers and client services teams working in tandem with our onsite teams and will be reporting to the Senior Manager.
Responsibilities.
Understand the Autodesk business processes to the core and deliver business support on CRM systems.
Be a lead SFDC administrator in offering business support on Quote-to-access and Customer Success business domains in Salesforce and related CRM systems
Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, approval and validation rules, flows, and installed packages.
Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, and Security).
Implement changes involving flows, validation rules, reports, and service cloud features.
Resolve user-created cases involving troubleshooting in Visualforce and Apex.
Deliver the services within the agreed Service level agreement and ensure all issues are handled promptly.
Responsible for overall configuration, design, functionality, and end-user support.
Establish and implement change control and best practices concerning system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
Engage with team members to gather analyse requirements and propose solutions that use Salesforce functionality. Translate and find approved solutions into applicable deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.
Identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritise, design, and facilitate successful implementation of new processes.
Partner with different stakeholder groups like Sales Operations, Global Client Services etc., to deliver improve SFDC including streamlining processes, documentation, and ongoing training.
Minimum Qualifications
Any Bachelors/master's degree is a must with a preference for Computer Applications
7-10 years of expertise in salesforce support.
Salesforce Certifications (Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ).
Able to drive a project from conception to completion, not just execute an existing plan.
Knowledge in sandboxes, and experience in handling code-related issues.
Experience with IT Service Management and ITIL processes.
Should be ready and flexible to work in rotational shifts (24/7 coverage), which includes the Night shift as well.
