As Senior Sales Incentive Analyst you will lead the creation of analytics and KPIs related to Sales Commission data, PTQ analysis and summarize findings to management teams across multiple countries and multiple franchises.
Responsibilities
Proactively collaborate with internal teams / departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation.Responsible for the calculation, coordination, and accurate payment of incentive compensation in a multi divisional, multi country sales organization.Work with the business to establish a clear understanding of sales assignments, territory alignment, marketing and selling strategies and how they can be included in the SIC plans to drive strategies and behavior.Drive and develop the design, analysis, and administration of Sales compensation programs.Partner closely with Sales, HR and Comp & Ben team to review / adjust SIC plans for EEMEA to secure Pay for performance where successful performers is defined be Profitability, focus on the right accounts, and new business opportunities. Create monthly and quarterly analysis reporting on payouts and performance for frequent review with the sales leaders and HR.Develop, maintain, and update systems and processes critical to the reporting and tracking of compensation metrics. Act as a subject matter expert on company sales commission and incentive policies.Ensure plan documents, business rules and other documentation are updated with latest compensation rules and guidelines.Own the communication and RACI plans and lead the collaboration to ensure successful execution and adoption.Lead and drive compensation plan documents and sales incentive training programs for plan participants.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (designing, building and maintaining files) and analytical mindset.Good understanding of finance/accounting principles, procedures and their applications.Knowledge of compensation planning and processes.Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to handles multiple priorities and manage projects to timely conclusion.Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information.Strong written and oral communication skills.Collaborative partner, demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, influence and partner with business leaders in multiple functional areas.Strategic thinker, enjoy analyzing data or trends for the purposes of planning, forecasting, advising, budgeting, reporting or sales opportunities.Proactiv mindset, being solution oriented and takes initiatives and follows up on actions.
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business/Accounting/Finance or Human Resources.3+ years of relevant work experience in sales compensation or sales operations.
