As a Senior Sales Consultant – EV Bus for IC Bus, you will be responsible for working directly with the end purchaser and consulting within our dealer network to meet IC Bus sales goals. You will also be responsible for defining and executing strategies that result in year over year volume and profit growth, while delivering a customer experience second to none. This position will focus solely on EV Bus sales throughout the Western US States including CA, WA, OR, AZ and others as assigned.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership by demonstrating excellent sales capabilities, expert sales tactics, and customer relationship management
Provide ongoing support to retain customers and plans to aggressively conquest new accounts
Prepare comprehensive proposals to include Solutions for our customersWork with cross functional team members in CSA, PARTS, SERVICE, AND ENGINEERING to maximize sales opportunities and tailor needs specific to assigned AOR
Provide leadership to dealer sales organization in developing strategic account level business relationships and ensure personnel has access to and successfully completes all required product training
Prepare order forecasts by dealer and customer to achieve monthly charge-out goals
Participate in fiscal year planning meetings to ensure sales plan facilitates IC corporate business
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least 8 years of sales experience
At least 1 year of lead experience
OR
Master’s degree
At least 6 years of sales experience
At least 1 year of lead experience
OR
At least 10 years of sales experience
At least 1 year of lead experience
Additional Requirements
Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Benefits and Compensation
Navistar provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range for this role is $98,400K – $123,000K a year.
