　　? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architecture aligns with business requirements and scalability needs.

　　? Leadership and Team Management:

　　? Mentor, Coach and lead a high-performing team of technical experts of a matrixed organization

　　? Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

　　? Cloud Technologies and Infrastructure:

　　? Oversee the management and optimization of cloud platforms and infrastructure, as a partner along side a dedicated

　　? Provide technical guidance and oversight for development projects.

　　? Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite executives and clients.

　　? Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and reports on technical initiatives and achievements.

　　Qualifications:

　　? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

　　? 15+ years of progressive experience in Infrastructure, Cloud Technologies, Programming, Data Engineering, and Artificial

　　Intelligence.

　　? Proven track record in executive-level communication and stakeholder management.

　　? Strong leadership and team-building skills.

　　? Expertise in solution architecture and system design, while having hands-on experience

　　? In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related technologies.

　　? Proficient in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, etc.).

　　? Extensive experience in Data Engineering, AI & IoT technologies.

　　? Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
