We are reimagining how data, insights, measurement, and consumer-first decision-making drive commercial and brand growth. Media is a key enabler within this journey - specifically retail media - which constitutes a high improvement to our retailer relationships and to our consumers alike. The Senior Retail Media Manager will lead all aspects of end-to-end paid media investment across Chobani’s retailer platforms. They will be tasked with strategy, planning, activation, optimization, reporting, and measurement, working with internal and external cross-functional partners. This leader is a versatile media specialist who will drive our omnichannel businesses - with a focus on retail paid search as well as on-retailer-site and off-site strategies. The position requires a candidate that is a strong influencer, strategic thinker, self-starter, and change maker. This individual has an appetite to learn and is comfortable with change, ambiguity, and rapid industry growth.
Responsibilities
Develop paid media campaigns and marketing strategies across key retailers including ABSCO, Amazon, Instacart, Kroger, Target, Walmart etc. for retail media. Channels include paid search, on/off-site display, social, CTV, OLV, with the potential for more as the industry scales and evolves. Own media investment plan, strategy, and optimize to deliver against sales, market share, incrementality, and media efficiency Key Performance Indicators. Partner with Omni-Channel and Marketing teams to build integrated omnichannel strategies that achieve campaign and business objectives. Lead and foster strong leadership relationships with our retailer media groups and agency partners. Synthesize campaign findings and communicate data-driven recommendations to key collaborators on a regular basis. Own quarterly business reviews along with retailer media capabilities assessments and industry POVs. Develop test and learn innovation plans to continuously drive the business forward. Develop standard methodologies for KPIs, targeting & retargeting, reporting, and other processes. Define, drive, and follow through on our learning/testing agenda, and measurement strategy within broader media framework. Set a clear vision on how to accelerate Retail Media performance and investment over the coming years and bring collaborators along with your vision throughout the process.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in the full funnel of media, having worked with or at media agencies. Comfortable with biddable/performance/eComm media. Understands the minutiae of paid search, retail media networks and on/off platform display/video tactics. Experience with retailers such as ABSCO, Amazon, Instacart, Kroger, Target, Walmart, and retailer media networks such as Criteo, Quotient, Citrus Ads. Hands on platform experiences a plus (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Trade Desk). Partner internally and externally with groups not limited to Creative, Product Marketing, Insights, Omnichannel Marketing, NPD, Social, Chobani’s media agency or other business partners to glean insights and improve marketing performance. Track record of using data and insights to drive strategic direction and optimize programs. Experience in managing data + measurement development (attribution modelling, MMM, panel data, sales data/lift, audience analytics). Excellent communicator and collaborator. Able to manage multiple cross-functional team members at various levels. Proven track record of being self-motivated and prioritizing, multitasking, focusing, leading, and influencing while working in a fast-paced environment. Possess an entrepreneurial ‘can do’ spirit, become comfortable with ambiguity and be willing to innovate. Ability to be forward-thinking, dynamic, and able to adjust to changing business needs. Enthusiastic teammate who builds team morale and has a 'no job too small or too large' mentality. Previous CPG experience required
