The Job
The Senior Representative, Alternative Investments role involves reconciling the Operations and Services Groups' Alternative Investment positions, held in book entry form in a timely manner to mitigate risk and exposure to the organization. The primary responsibility will be the generation and processing of paperwork as well as following up on aging transactions. These activities are performed daily and require adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Associates are also responsible for the generation of account change and re-registration paperwork and following up on aged items in a timely manner.

The Experience and Skills You Bring
College degree preferred1-2 years financial services experience preferredPrior experience with the alternative investment product is preferredPrior reconciliation experience is preferredKnowledge of alternative investment products and reconciliation process Detail oriented, ability to work effectively with minimal supervisionTeam player with capability to help maintain a positive work environmentStrong analytical and decision making skillsAbility to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and processes Exceptional quality and productivity in current roleAbility to handle and resolve complex problems • Strong verbal and written interaction skills including ability to explain complex processesEffective time management skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task.Strong PC skills - Word, Excel and Access
The Team
Nestled within the Operations & Services Group (OSG), the Alternative Investments Brokerage Operations department is responsible for reconciling the OSG's Alternative Investment positions, held in book entry form in a timely manner to mitigate risk and exposure to the organization.
The base salary range for this position is $39,000-$61,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
