Role: Senior Reporting Analyst - Center of Excellence (Pune, India)

　　The position will be part of Global Shared Services team in Pune

　　In this role you will...

　　Compile and organize data to support critical business decisionsCoordinate and prioritize Order to Cash team reporting requirements and requests related to Oracle and SFDC, as well as build and test the reports.Identify anomalies in system data and analyze.

　　Assist Team Leads with specific projects or other initiativesPrepare data reconciliations between systems on a quarterly basis and assist in troubleshooting.Assist business teams in performing system testing and audits.Assist in building KPI's.Support Continuous Improvement of the functions and suggest realistic ideas for efficiency gainsProactively escalate issues to the Team Lead that require intervention/clarificationKeep desktop documentation up to date and relevantDemonstrated commitment to valuing diversity, contributing to an inclusive working, and learning environmentConsideration of privacy and security obligations

　　You've got what it takes if you have...

　　A bachelor's degree related to accounting/finance or related experience3+ years of relevant data analytics and reporting experienceExperience in reporting in systems such as: Oracle, SFDC, TableauGood knowledge of general accounting and bookkeeping concepts and internal controlsAdvance English and good written and verbal communication skillsStrong knowledge of MS office especially Excel, PowerPoint & OutlookAbility to prioritize and work with a sense of urgencyExperience building new capabilities and process optimizationDemonstrated ability to make recommendations and influence outcomesMust be comfortable working in a global company across multiple time zonesReadiness to work UK hours
