Position Details:
The Senior Analyst, Order to Cash is responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities to improve the customer experience across the Order to Cash process. Using analytics and cross-functional partnerships, you will provide expertise and oversight to team members during the initiation, planning, and control phases of project work.
You will report to Program Manager and this role is hybrid you will be based in Lake Forest, IL
You Will:
Have subject matter expertise in your dedicated areas and lead improvement opportunities for the customer experienceLead cross-functional project improvements with limited manager supportImprove department, cross-functional, and inter-company processes by eliminating waste and implementing solutions to problemIdentify solutions through investigations, creating and analyzing large data sets to determine root cause of targeted failuresWork cross-functionally to identify stakeholders and teams to advance reporting and project goalsDevelop baselines for key metrics and assist teams in identifying goals and action plans to improve metricLeverage analytics to identify, prioritize and solve complex business problems with clear and concise recommendations to leadership
You Have:
BA/BS preferred3+ years of experience in related fieldPossess direct and indirect leadership qualities that earn sponsor and stakeholder trust, motivate project team members, and drive resultsStrong written and verbal communicator with ability to work up through functional leadership with clarity and precisionProficient relationship management skills and interacts positively with teammates and business partners.Strong negotiation, influencing and conflict resolution skills; handle conflict gracefullyAble to anticipate issues and risks and act with sense of urgency to address themPossess strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills that are used through short-term and long-term lensesSkilled in the art of change management; able to successfully overcome significant resistance to change and foster full adoption by key stakeholdersProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teradata SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and other analytic toolsSound business, technical and financial acumen; understand strategic business objectives and develops tools to track and predict performance around key metrics for the OTC Team such as performance and customer experience
