Role Responsibilities
Partner with sales to develop marketing plans based on regional strategy, targets and priorities. Manage regional budget, planning and tracking regional marketing spend.Manage impactful marketing events, trade shows, webinars, digital campaigns, and product launches.Partner with customer marketing to engage with customers on reference activities including event presentations, videos and case studies. Drive co-marketing activities with global and regional partners to drive awareness and pipeline generation. Measure the impact of marketing activities on pipeline and revenue growth, partner contribution to the business and communicate these impacts within the organization. Collaborate with marketing and other cross department teammates to identify opportunities to improve. go-to-market strategy, tactic effectiveness, marketing techniques and processes.
Minimum Requirements
Strong writing and presentation skills. Successful direct and digital marketing campaign experience. Ability to operate in a regional, and globally matrixed environment.Understands how to build and execute a campaign from concept to measurement in market.Strong project management, planning and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while working with a wide variety of cross-functional teams and vendors. Ability to deal with occasional ambiguity and courage to take risks and try new things.
Preferred Skills
Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.7+ years of experience in Regional Marketing in B2B technology. SaaS Field Marketing is highly desirable.Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
