As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will lead the pioneer recruitment team for our Davao location.
Primary Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for recruitment alignment and execution to meet the needs of the enterprise such as:
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring Manage a high volume of open positions simultaneously Provide timely feedback and updates to the hiring managers and candidates Develop and maintain a strong business partnership with key stakeholders to enable effective account management Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). This includes responsibility for diversity, talent acquisition, college recruiting, and market intelligence. This function involves the actual recruiting and selection of candidates.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Behavioral Sciences or other relevant course/s At least 5 years recruitment experience in end-to-end high volume contact center hiring, specialized clinical/medical positions and business support and leadership search in a BPO setting and multinational health care management company Extensive experience in leveraging all recruiting channels, both traditional and alternative sources to identify and recruit the right candidates Proven excellent English communication skills High relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills High level of stakeholder management Solid working knowledge of internal and external trends in recruitment and selection Amenable to work onsite Amenable to work during holidays and weekends (critical hiring days)
