The Senior Recruiter is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned recruitment professional who wants to work in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
This position will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Advisor based in Tokyo and a dotted line to the Director of Talent Acquisition in the U.S. This is a hybrid role based in Mumbai, India.
Start Date: The ideal candidate must be able to officially commence within a month or earlier

Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates from international markets.
Collaborate with hiring managers from different regions within APAC to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions and requirements. Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews and gathering feedback from interviewers. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including negotiating offers and facilitating the onboarding process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in international recruitment. WHAT YOU HAVE:
3+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles in complex markets. International work experience outside of India is a must. Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices for sourcing passive candidates from international markets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to overcome challenges in attracting and selecting qualified candidates. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), Greenhouse is preferred. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is a plus. WHAT WE OFFER:
