  We're looking for a Senior R&D Project Manager to join ourFluence engineering team onsite in Austin, Texas. You'll be responsible for bringing world class lighting and IoT products to market!

  What you'll do Lead product development teams through NPD (New Product Development) processesBe responsible for on time delivery, cost, and product margin of projectsSupport commercialization of new productsManage internal and external stakeholdersBe creative in solving challenging problems in a fast paced marketYour qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field (engineering or technical degree preferred)5+ years of project management experienceStrong knowledge of I2M (Innovation to Market) process with proven expertise to contribute to I2M projectsPMP certification preferredExcellent communication and influencing skills; able to interact with all levels within the organization* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
