　　This position is for a Senior Quality Assurance Technician who works under general supervision. Conducts basic quality analyses and inspections and analyzes corrective actions. Reviews Quality Assurance materials to ensure alignment with regulatory standards. Self-directed to orient, train, and/or assign work of business support employees and peers.Primary Responsibilities:

　　Works under minimal supervision to assist with the development and implementation of program quality plans and proceduresMaintains product quality by enforcing quality assurance policies and proceduresReviews quality data and determines if products and processes are aligned with internal documentationProactive auditing for quality implementation and compliance (i.e. process walks, OES, work instruction reviews)Performs root cause identification of production turn backs/defects using Sherlock or SynergiesSurveils operator and inspector performanceRaises notifications of non-conformances, quarantines non-conforming product and when approved to do so, provides dispositionMentors operators with a professional, positive attitudeCollaborates with other members of the product support staffBusiness travel to support other facilitiesQualifications/Experience Needed:

　　Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with less than 2 years of relevant experience.U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
