Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a Senior Project Master Scheduler. This position is fully remote.

The Scheduler will be part of a team tasked to develop, plan, track, and improve projects for specific scopes of work for the Project. The scheduler will incorporate schedule and document changes, generate reporting metrics and progress reports, deconflict schedules and inputs from multiple organizations, maintain timelines, communicate directly with stakeholders and line management, and enhance the effectiveness of the team.
This person will be a Microsoft Project Schedule expert who has patience to teach everyone in the Division Microsoft Project 1 on 1. Must be able to get Microsoft Project schedules working together across the division. Knowledge of SmartSheet and Primavera is also preferred. Will assist in developing software configuration to integrate all schedules. This position will also assist in the design of an environment to import schedules from contractors (who may be using software other than Microsoft Project such as Primavera P6, Smart Sheet, etc.).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Scheduling.
PMP certification preferred but not required.
Department of Energy capital project experience desired.
Must have advanced experience with Microsoft Project Scheduling software.
Experience with SmartSheet Project Management Software.
Strong people skills and the ability to communicate across multiple levels of an organization.
Previous experience with scheduling, team integration, and coordinating stakeholders.
Basic knowledge of project management methods and principles.
Experience with Primavera software and other scheduling software’s desired
