Infosys is seeking a Oracle Financials . This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications : Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga ON or Calgary Alberta or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 11 years of Information Technology experience. Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. 11+ years of Information Technology experience 6 years of program management and change management experience leading cross functional project initiatives and process improvements. 6 years of relevant experience in Implementation, Development and Support projects related to Oracle Financials. Solid understanding of PMI Methodology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge and experience in Finance Domain projects Good understanding of Finance, Tax, Accounting and Operations/Customer Service and their interdependencies. Strong organizational and project management skills; detail-oriented and able to work independently and multi-task. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to influence and drive change in a global organization. Ability to act operationally and ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects/strategies. Experience in Global Tax Rollouts and Vertex Integrations Ability to communicate complex solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams Experience managing team size of 2-3 would be a plus Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Ability to identify and address client needs, building solid relationships with clients communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.
