In this context, we are building up a focused, effective team of highly engaged individuals to provide our businesses with the capabilities and capacities needed for successful organizational transformation.
We, the P&O Strategy & Data (ST&D) team, are dedicated to strengthening data-driven strategy development and deployment within the People and Organization (P&O) function to help us to better co-own the overall Siemens transformation.
What part will you play?
As a Senior Project Manager P&O Strategy (f/m/d), you will drive our P&O strategy development and deployment process together with the ST&D team and coordinate all related activities in alignment with MBM EXEC Office of our Chief People Officer, P&O Strategy teams within the Businesses, and Key Expert Functions.
In particular, you will:
work jointly with the global P&O Leadership Team to define, review, and adjust the strategy of P&O. This includes continuously developing the strategy process by connecting the dots between all key projects and activities across the global P&O Ecosystem.
coordinate the global strategy deployment, ensuring that the respective topic owners are driving the process.
be responsible for delivering project results to top-management in a timely manner and presenting them effectively.
furthermore, prepare and conduct workshops for top-management, including the Siemens Managing Board.
give keynote speeches on P&O strategy development and deployment at internal Siemens events.
additionally, connect our strategy approach with other elements of our ST&D team, such as emerging data insights and company-wide transparency initiatives.

You have an excellent university or college degree (master's/Ph.D.) or an MBA from a top business school and have gained long-term professional experience at a top-tier strategy consultancy. You have outstanding analytical and conceptual skills combined with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Additionally, you have experience in business/functional transformations and demonstrate self-resilience during transformation processes.
You bring valuable experience in P&O strategy, P&O portfolio management, and New Work topics, which greatly benefits the role.
You have profound expertise in project management and effective time management skills. You also possess very strong business acumen, excellent stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
You bring the ability to connect the dots within a complex global ecosystem and constantly push systemic thinking. This is crucial for success.
Your presentation skills, including graphical expertise, are outstanding, and you are skilled at facilitating discussions with small to large groups.
You are passionate and willing to work in an empowered environment while continuously learning. Your social competence and team spirit are exceptional.
You have broad international experience and excellent English language skills. You have lived and worked abroad.
