The expected annual salary range for this role is $116250.03 - $170500.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:
Eaton's Corporate Sector is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager- Finance Transformation to join our team. This position is based at our Beachwood, OH location. Hybrid remote available and relocation will be provided.
Position Overview:
This position is responsible for managing significant global transformational programs and projects, as well as support of technology and communications platforms within the Controllership and Global Financial Services & Systems (GFSS) organization.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead large strategic projects and the development of global finance transformational initiatives and programs. Develop playbooks, processes, and methodologies to be rolled out to all of Eaton's global regions, institutionalizing the process and project management knowledge in Eaton.
• Manage global financial projects using waterfall and agile methodologies and related tools such as Microsoft Projects and Jira.
• Effectively communicate with our internal customers and all levels of our global finance team to provide updates on development of transformational programs and processes, including project status, risks, issues, and mitigation steps to ensure completion of projects per project timelines, and budgets with quality.
• Manage relationships with outside partners, including system integrators, software providers, consultants, contract resources, etc.
• Analyze financial processes, and facilitate writing of business requirements, communication plans, test plans and project plans.
• Define project roles/responsibilities and align/manage internal & external resources globally to achieve project deliverables, including internal customers, database administrators, IT staff and software vendors.
• Resolve project issues, including researching and recommending solutions for the design, development, and security on projects and processes.
• Coordinate across disciplines and countries to implement standard systems and processes that ensure ongoing successful operation.
• Establish and track project metrics, and perform benchmarking to improve the metrics processes.
• Champion project management and scorecard measures, collaborating with other project managers to standardize and leverage best practices.
• Manage, improve, and champion innovation within the GFSS organization.
• Maintain security and data integrity within the financial systems supported by Controllership and Global Financial Shared Services.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Information systems from an accredited institution
• 10 years of varied accounting, information systems, finance, or shared services experience
• 6 years of project management success
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
Preferred qualifications:
• CPA/CMA/PMP preferred
• Oracle and/or SAP Financial Systems experience.
• Experience in quality initiatives, value stream mapping.
• Manufacturing accounting knowledge.
