  This position is part of the Project Management team and will either be hybrid (on-site at least 3 days a week) or fully remote, depending on your proximity to the office (living within 30mi will be hybrid). You will be a part of the Project Management Team and report to the Manager, Project Management responsible for driving projects to completion by coordinating cross-functional activities and ensuring that all departments are accountable for deliverables while meeting delivery deadlines for development projects and manufacturing campaigns across all service levels for Aldevron clients with complex projects.

  Relocation may be provided for the role if the candidate is willing to relocate to be considered for this great opportunity.

  In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  Act as a critical point of contact for clients by leading project team meetings, conducting project reviews, ensuring follow-up of actions items, and escalating issues when required as well as maintain project documentation including project plan timelines, status reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

  Use critical thinking to proactively identify project barriers, generate solutions to problems and/or escalate issues internally and externally as required.

  Effectively communicate and interact with internal and external teams providing project updates, changes in project scope, timing, or requirements while maintaining confidentiality.

  Mentor other team members and identify trends and potential project management-related training needs supporting or conducting training as needed.

  Identify opportunities for, contribute to, and lead advanced training and/or process improvement initiatives and represent the department in cross-functional events and review boards.

  The essential requirements of the job include:

  B.S. or B.A. required, life sciences degree highly preferred.

  5+ years of experience in project management required.

  Experience managing client-facing projects required.

  Experience in a regulated biotechnology or pharmaceutical field or CDMO required.

  Understanding of GMP product manufacturing from initiation through release capabilities required

  This role may include up to 15%-20% travel.

  The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

  This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
