  JOIN OUR TEAM: EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR A DYNAMIC PROJECT MANAGER TO DRIVE GROWTH AND SUCCESS

  Role and Responsibilities:

  Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

  Develop a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.

  Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters and risk assessments.

  Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and team members.

  Conduct regular project meetings.

  Prepare reports for sponsors and executives.

  Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

  Conduct quality reviews and implement corrective actions as necessary.

  Qualifications and Education Requirements

  Must Have Skills:

  3-5 years experience in Project Management.

  Proficient in project management methodologies, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle, scope management, and resource allocation.

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

  Strong leadership qualities to guide and inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive project success

  Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and keep projects on schedule

  Proficient in managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executives, to ensure project alignment with organizational goals

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address issues promptly and find creative solutions to overcome obstacles

  Nice To Have Skills:

  5-10 years of Project Management experience.

  PMI certification (PMP or PMI-ACP)

  Familiarity with global travel trends, cultures, and regulations to effectively navigate diverse landscapes

  Multilingual Proficiency, Especially in Spanish or French

  Familiarity with travel-specific technologies, booking systems, and emerging tools that optimize operational efficiency within the travel industry.Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive and seamless experience for travel agents, addressing concerns promptly and proactively.
