Working together with various associates including data analysts, modelling analysts and client consultants Project managers build great project teams, plan and control project execution and track KPIs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages pipeline for big clients, tracks capacity and assigns resources in cooperation with functional leads to make sure smooth project execution and elimination of under- or over-allocationParticipate in client discussions regarding long term pipeline planning, projects timelinesCreates complete and achievable project plans to ensure timely and within scope deliveryCoordinates, monitors and controls the execution of the project plan amongst the team members to make sure a project produces all required deliverables to the expected quality, within the specified constraints of time and scopeHolds weekly status meetings to identify risks and issues, adjust plans, timelines and communicate change on a continuous basis to a project teamTake meeting notes and send to all required parties within 24 hoursCreate and maintain project workbook to communicate the latest status and project requirements to team membersTrack and report project timeline, Key Performance Indicators and other metricsConduct project close-out processesManage communication between all stakeholders during all phases of the projectImproves processes by increasing efficiency and shortening timelinesSupports leaders in team training, provides mentorship to younger team members
QUALIFICATIONS
2-3 years of experience in project management or program managementKnowledge of project management methodologiesExperience with scheduling, controlling and monitoring projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organization and time-management skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsLeadership, team-building capabilitiesVery good English skills (speaking & writing)Very good working knowledge of Excel and Power PointNice to know Wrike, JIRA or other project management softwareNice to have experience in advertising industry, market research, data and measurement, media
