Position Summary
These functions include regulatory deliverables, HEDIS activities and reporting and other quality improvement activities. Provide support to staff and communicate with departments across the health plan. Evaluate vendor programs, participate in RFP’s and cultivate opportunities for relationships and engagements across multiple product lines and departments. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in identifying, developing, and implementing innovative programs and initiatives to improve outcomes. Analyze data, develop reports.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Support Sr. Manager and Lead Director with projects/ programs with cross functional teams, assist business units in integrating interventions into their strategic and operational plans.
Develops materials to simplify communication of content for better health literacy of members
Manages project resource needs, identifies, and communicates resource/administrative gaps, and works with department management to secure necessary resources to meet project objectives.
This role is a Hybrid role which means a hybrid Colleague works some of their scheduled workdays each week in an assigned company office location, and some workdays from a designated virtual work location, usually located in the Colleague's home
Required Qualifications
2+ years related work experience working with providers and vendors.
2+ years in a managed care industry
2+ years with HEDIS, clinical, or service outcomes
Must live in Kansas (If within distance of the Overland Park, KS office , it will be Hybrid)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with provider engagement, networking or contracting
Competent problem-solving skills and ability to succeed in a deadline-driven environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify and solve for barriers, and effective collaboration skills to keep projects moving forward
Experience with wellness and prevention interventions
Education
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,700.00 - $102,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
