Here at GXO Logistics, we are on the lookout for a Senior Project and Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at our River Island site in Milton Keynes on a full time, permanent basis. You'll will be responsible for developing project pipelines, agreeing project plans, scoping key activities, deliverables, milestones, deadlines & reporting on financial tracking.
You'll be predominately working Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 however, flexibility is needed, this is logistics after all!

What you'll do on a typical day:
Manage the project life cycle ensuring agreed timescales, budgets and targets remain on track
Take full responsibility for the definition, documentation, and successful completion of assigned projects
Monitor quality of project deliverables and ensure project objectives are met
Support the Operational Excellence strategy within the Site
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous project management experience with a focus on business case writing and financial tracking (4 to 5 years' experience)
A structured and methodical approach with meticulous attention to detail
Knowledge of Lean/CI principles
Green Belt/Black Belt desirable
