Overview
Come join the Intuit Customer Success team as a Senior Program Manager driving intake and integration for the Expert Network Strategic Initiative Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the change management function that supports initiative intake evaluation, and work-stream integration across our network. The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all initiatives are properly assessed, prioritized, and integrated with delivery owners with minimal disruption to business operations. The Senior Program Manager will also be responsible for automating processes through insights derived from the monitoring of initiative completion, helping to inform strategic business decisions.

Your mission: enable the network to better serve our customers by capturing, categorizing, and assessing all initiatives that pose impact on the business to drive key prioritization recommendations, and inform strategic perspective across Expert Network functions.
What you'll bring
Proven experience in developing and implementing change management strategies, processes, and tools.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.Experience in leading or being a center of influence within a cross-functional, highly-matrixed environment.
Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience, preferably in change management, operational supply chains, or product implementationBachelor's Degree or equivalent; MBA a plusProficient in Microsoft or Google suite (documents, spreadsheets, presentations)Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate complex data, information and issues in a simple way
How you will lead
Work closely with initiative owners to understand the core intents and implications of an initiative while acting as an advocate to support successful business integration.Develop and implement change management processes, and tools to support impact analysis, sizing, sequencing, and prioritization of initiatives.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that changes are effectively integrated with appropriate workstreams, and minimal disruption to business operations.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to identify and assess initiatives to ensure that changes are properly gathered and funneled through our operating mechanisms.Lead the development and implementation of communication plans for monitoring and reporting of initiative statuses and outcomes.Monitor and report on the progress of change management activities, identifying risks and issues and partnering with stakeholders to ensure development of mitigation strategies as required.Provide guidance and support to project teams on change management best practices.Seek opportunities to improve speed and clarity of how we deliver change.
