This role can be located in Milan, Luxembourg or Munich.
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager for a key customer trust feature available in Amazon stores worldwide. This feature makes it easy for shoppers to alert Amazon about issues on our product pages. This Senior Program Manager role involves working with multiple partner teams to coordinate operational readiness, owning recurring mechanisms with key LT of the partner teams and being the advocate for those teams in driving changes to our product.
Key job responsibilities
Partnering with the Product team and with partner teams to understand policy and process gaps, and developing solutions to close them
Be comfortable using data to analyze trends, predict and fix problems before they happen
Using high-level judgment to own our most complex enforcement decisions
Owning the relationship with key partner teams to ensure ops readiness
Driving LT reviews and recurring mechanisms

Reviewing overall operational readiness of the program
Collaborating with policy, product and tech teams to implement needed changes
About the team

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years of professional experience in program management / ops management or Risk management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in e-commerce/online companies in fraud/risk control functions
High level of integrity and discretion to handle confidential information
Enthusiasm to provide superb customer service to the leadership team and other key stakeholders
Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills with a natural tendency to use data in decision-making and prioritization
Willing to move quickly and decisively to resolve an incident
Comfortable working across multiple tools and systems and large data sets
Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situation
