We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Product Program Management team to contribute to the mission of empowering Braze to build a best-in-class product through operational excellence. You will support the operations of the Product Department consisting of Product Management, UX Design, UX Research, Technical Writing, and Program Management. In this role, you will also partner closely with Engineering and Go-To-Market teams.
As a hands-on program manager, you will at a high level
Develop a deep understanding of the pain points that our department and stakeholder teams face. Analyze problems, propose solutions, drive alignment, and test/roll out. Drive major product launches and other cross-department projects/initiatives by working collaboratively with members of the Product Department and other functions at all levels. Lead or support continuous iteration of our business, product, and release operations. WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Product Program Management team oversees a wide array of areas, and your daily responsibilities will span across our three core pillars:
Product Operations Maintain and update Product Feedback & Escalation Process. Facilitate process improvements between the Product Department and GTM teams. Improve tools and usage to help the Product Department make strategic decisions. Release Operations Support the Monthly Release coordination. Initiate and drive the Product Release checklist with the Product team and GTM partners. Iterate release checklists and templates based on feedback and learnings. Business Operations Support strategic annual planning process and monthly financial planning. Support evolving the OKR processes. Support department-wide events and vendors/contracts. WHO YOU ARE
3+ years of first-hand experience as a Program Manager with a Product/Eng team at a high-growth B2B technology company A track record for setting up & refining processes/systems Analytical and an excellent problem-solver Detailed-oriented and can manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Experience with product development tools (e.g., Jira, ProductBoard, etc.) For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $140,000 and $160,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $160,000 and $180,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
