The following position is to join our RTX Corporate , Enterprise Services , Research Center or BBN team:
Raytheon - Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) is seeking a Senior Program Manager (PM) to support an established portfolio in Aurora, CO (relocation is not available for this role) within Space Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (S-ISR).
Responsibilities to Anticipate :
Financial management , scheduling, technical performance, and capture management for emerging opportunities. Multi-disciplinary team guidance , program reviews and development through customer engagement , proposal preparation, supplier administration , and status reporting. The Senior PM will define program tasking/milestones and monitor adherence to budgets, plans, and schedules.
The Senior PM will act on behalf of the organization as the primary customer contact for customer needs and fulfillment to ensure. The Senior PM will direct task elements such as engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, contracts, finance, and administrative functions through program implementation .
Onsite Work Location: Aurora, Colorado (relocation is not available for this role)
Security Clearance Required :
An active and transferable TS/SCI U.S. government issued security clearance is required for consideration . U.S. citizenship is required , as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Clearance Information: This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. Basic Qualifications:
An active and transferable TS/SCI U.S. government issued security clearance is required for consideration . U.S. citizenship is required , as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics or business-related field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant management experience on development and maintenance programs; and/or significant Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) leadership on a large contract
Program management of large, complex software development programs across multiple customers .
Progressive leadership experience managing full life-cycle program implementation to meet customer and business requirements
Experience with the Strategic SatCom mission area including background in space and ground control systems, mission operations, and associated technologies
Experience and understanding of digital transformation technologies such as AI/ML, Agile, DevSecOps, Autonomy and/or Digital Engineering
Program leadership , financial management : P&L experience of a significant organization , thorough risk management and earned value management skills
Ability to travel to domestic location approximately 25% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with the Strategic SatCom mission area including background in space and ground control systems, mission operations, and associated technologies
Program Management Certification
Agile/ SAFe certifications
Other Supporting Attributes:
Highly organized and be an effective leader, communicator, decision maker and able to inspire teams to meet program objectives
Good understanding of software development processes and their application to programs
Ability to quickly come up to speed on technical and management efforts currently underway while b uilding strong customer relationship to continue receive/compete for follow-on contracts

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
