ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Program Manager! In this role, you'll lead the charge, fostering collaboration among numerous teams within Content, as well as our valued partner teams and external vendors!
The scope of projects will include content development to support new products, development, procurement and integration of new systems and solutions, and other complex Content initiatives. As part of the Content Business Solutions shared services team, this is a global role working across regions. The Content Senior Program Manager will report to the Director, Content Program Management.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
● Responsible for all aspects of planning and executing projects from proposal to closure.
● Manage scope, schedule, resources and budget for multiple projects and regularly communicate progress.
● Handle internal and external cross-functional project teams to meet project objectives.
● Communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, to ensure all project objectives are clearly defined and achieved.
● Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve assumptions, dependencies, risks, and issues.
● Analyze trade-offs and drive effective decision-making using recognized decision making frameworks.
● Develop external business relationships including integrators and technical resources.
● Proactively develop practices and methodologies that increase effectiveness and reduce costs.
● Provide leadership and technical knowledge required to plan and execute projects.
● Drive decisions around the appropriate project lifecycle methodology to deploy based on project type and objectives.
● Manage Business Change Management to optimize rollout and adoption of project deliverables.
● Working with the Director, Content Program Management, assess the business case, benefits and risks of projects to support the project approval and prioritization process.
● Support the Director, Content Program Management with preparation of program reports and roadmap.

YOU BRING TO PELTON
● 5+ years in project management or related experience.
● Self-starter, action-oriented, analytical, and resourceful.
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; able to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders, and tailor communications for varying levels of staff and senior leadership.
● Demonstrated experience in use of waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.
● Ability to read the room and keep meetings productive and efficient.
● Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
● Aptitude for fostering collaborative working relationships with various stakeholders.
● Experience in Media & Entertainment or Broadcast industries preferred.
● Professional qualification in project management is a plus.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range
$167,500—$217,600 USD
